A Louisiana woman went viral last week for using Gorilla Glue in place of the actual hairspray – before she finally checked into the hospital on Saturday to get the hardened adhesive removed, according to posts on her Instagram

The woman identified in news as Tessica Brown was revealed on February 4 that her hair was stuck on for a month after running out of her usual hair product and opting for the extra-strong super glue instead

“Look: my hair doesn’t move. Do you hear what I’m telling you? It doesn’t move,” she said in the original video

On Saturday Brown posted two photos – one of himself on a hospital bed and one of the entrance to the emergency room in St. Bernard Parish Hospital in Chalmette, Louisiana

Your decision to seek medical treatment came after three days of crowd-sourcing solutions – including from the manufacturer of Gorilla Glue

The company told TMZ that Brown could use alcohol on her head – but warned that if it had actually been in place for a month it was “likely to be broken at the root”
