Georgia Republican Senator Kelly Loeffler is re-indicted for personally benefiting from regulatory decisions she made as legislature, Mother Jones reports that Loeffler made several while serving on the Senate Subcommittee on Commodities Took Actions That Affected Fortune 500 Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) At the time, Loeffler held ICE shares in the millions; Her husband Jeffrey Spokesman is the company’s CEO and Chairman of the New York Stock Exchange. Loeffler will meet in a runoff on May 5 January on Democrat Reverend Raphael Warnock who determines which party controls the Senate. So far, 23 million people have cast ballots, a record for a runoff election in Georgia
