For those of you who want to say late night, you’re probably as tired and angry as I am today, but it’s always going to be worth watching our beloved Michigan basketball team, despite them the nets could not cut

UCLA played a great game and deserved to get into the final four, which ended with a final score of 51-49 Bruins

Michigan fought basketball early and often in this it seemed like the Wolverines were quick to get frustrated with UCLA zone defense, Hunter Dickinson had possibly the worst start to a game than all season last night

The 7-foot center failed to secure the basketball inside, starting the night with a few turnovers, an airball, and a shot blocked by a much smaller Bruins defender, the first official time out in this tournament comes after the first Interruption of the game if the clock is less than 16 minutes away

At the time, the UCLA result was only 4-2, but the extended time-out could not have come at a better time for head coach Juwan Howard’s club, allowing the Wolverines to take a deep breath and press the reset button, and Dickinson found himself again after the time-out and started eating against the much smaller Bruins lineup, but unfortunately it wouldn’t last for Michigan

Overall, Michigan Basketball easily played the worst half of basketball in the tournament, perhaps one of the worst halves for the entire season. That was the bad news, the good news was that despite a gruesome half of basketball, the Wolverines only played four after the first 27-23 Franz Wagner, Eli Brooks and Mike Smith scored a combined 3 / 12Autsch

in the first half

The spectacular guard finished the first half with 18 of the Bruins 27 points and ended the night with 28 points The Wolverines had no answer for him in the first half and late when it came down to it Juzang left field 11 in 37 minutes / 19 from the field, 4/5 from the free throw line and 2/5 from beyond the arc

Johnny Juzang had to leave the ball game early in the second half with an ankle sprain that had been going on for some time, at that point Michigan found a way to get back to that game and enjoy an 8-0 run that the Star paused for three minutes and he would return to the ball game after receiving a new tape

Michigan basketball didn’t get much help from Franz Wagner Wagner picked worst time of year to get cold Wagner walked a repulsive 1/10 from the field and 0/2 from beyond the arc, only four points in total Wagner was injured and shot one Airball too late to score a win after a Michigan break

Mike Smith had to sprint the length of the course, six seconds to go, two Smith looked fine pulling up at the three-dot line but missed the shot The rebound was disabled by UCLA, leaving half a second on the clock stayed

Howard decided again to hit the muzzle with the ice-cold Wagner from beyond the arch and shoot for victory Wagner got the shot but was let far from the glass

Why didn’t Howard look to a hot outside shooter like Chaundee Brown or Eli Brooks who was cutting into the basket?

Of the total of three three-point shots Michigan basketball scored, Brown had two Dickinson led the Wolverines with 11 points, which basically tells you everything you need to know

Next up for the Bruins is an outstanding Gonzaga Bulldogs team that has simply dampened the insights of its opponents by almost 20 points. So far, the next game for the undefeated Gonzaga in the tournament was a 16-point victory over Oklahoma / p>
The Bulldogs cruised through their elite eight competition, bleeding out the USC Trojans, valued at 85-66 in sixth place, which will be a tough job for UCLA, but stranger things have happened

This is what makes March Madness so great It only takes one night for Gonzaga or an incredible feat by Juzang to move forward again
