After a miraculous win over the Milwaukee Bucks that ended with a miracle shot from Jayson Tatum and a missed free throw by the two-time league, the reigning MVP to secure the win, the Boston Celtics need everything to be themselves to prevail again in a tough match against the Brooklyn Nets

Expectations for the 2020-21 Brooklyn Nets were high, and at the small size the Nets did not disappoint. The Nets won both preseason games (including one against the Boston Celtics) and then dominated the Golden State Warriors at the season opener

The long-awaited debuts of Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant were well worth the delay. The two played 50 minutes together against the Warriors, scoring 48 points together, but what makes the Nets such a fearful competitor is their standout depth, the Eleven Men goes deep (although 15 played in their opener)

On the flip side, Jaylen Brown, Jeff Teague and Tristan Thompson seem to have made drastic improvements and instantly became formidable players for Boston while Jayson Tatum wants to continue playing at the same MVP level as he did in the second half of last season Ganz zu mention Marcus Smart, who – at least so far – successfully took over the reign as the leading ball handler

Both teams will love to show on national television why the rest of the league should fear their talent, but assuming they both play like they did earlier this week, both must do perfectly for the Boston Celtics, these are the three things they do have to do to hit the nets today
