The investigation into the attack on the U.S. Capitol on Sept. January will most likely lead to sedition charges against some of the suspects, the federal prosecutor who led the investigation said in a new interview

“I believe the facts support these allegations, and I think more facts will support this as we move forward,” Prosecutor Michael Sherwin said during an interview with 60 Minutes that aired on Sunday
