JODIE Foster kissed her wife Alexandra Hedison sweetly after winning Best Supporting Actress at the Golden Globe Awards

The 58-year-old actress and her 51-year-old partner, who married in 2014, appeared virtually in pajamas for the ceremony on Sunday evening

Jodie said “I love my wife” and planted a hickey on Alexandra as she triumphed for her role as defense attorney in the legal drama “The Mauretanian”

The couple sat side by side on their couch with their dog Ziggy on their laps as they moved up to 78 Golden Globes ceremony set

The Hollywood heavyweight was honored by her “beast” and fellow actor Jamie Lee Curtis

“Oh my god, are you kidding me ?! I think you made a mistake, uh, I’m – uh, I’m a little speechless, I just never expected to be here ever again!” Exclaimed Jodie in her speech

She won her first Golden Globe for Silence Of The Lambs in 1992 and grabbed the Cecil B. DeMille Award in 2013

“I have to thank all of my great filmmakers, Kevin McDonald, Tahar Rahim, Benedict Cumberbatch and Shailene Woodley,” Jodie continued,

“The people in real life, Nancy Hollander, and especially the person we all serve, we love you, Mohamedou Ould Salahi You taught us so much about how to be human and how to be joyful and forgiving Lesson that you give to all of us “

She concluded, “I love my wife, thank you Alex and Ziggy and Aaron Rodgers [Shailene’s fiancé] This is amazing! What a night!”

The Mauritanian tells the true story of Mohamedou Ould Salahi, who was wrongly detained in Guantanamo Bay for 14 years without charge or trial.

Jodie dealt with Glenn Close, Olivia Colman, Amanda Seyfried and Helena Zengel to do the gong

The actress had been curious about her sexuality for years but came out in 2013 when she accepted Cecil B’s DeMille Award at the 70 Golden Globes

“I think I suddenly feel the need to say something that I’ve never aired in public and that I’m a little nervous about – but maybe not as nervous as my publicist,” she said at the time

“So I’ll just get it out there, loud and proud, won’t I? I’ll need your help with this, I’m, uh I’m single ”

She continued: “I came out a thousand years ago in the Stone Age

“Those very picturesque days when a fragile young girl opened up to friends, family members and co-workers, then gradually to everyone she knew, everyone she actually met

“But now I seem to be told that every celebrity should honor the details of their personal life with a press conference, a fragrance, and a prime time reality show”

She then thanked her former partner, Cydney Bernard, with whom she has two sons, Charlie and Kit

“I could never stand here without recognizing one of the deepest loves of my life: my heroic co-parent, my ex-partner in love, but the righteous soul sister in life, my confessor, ski friend, consigliere, Cydney Bernard, the most popular BFF for 20 years, “she said

They started dating in 2001 after the talk show host broke up with actress Anne Heche

Alexandra and Ellen split in 2004, a year after starting the Ellen DeGeneres Show
