Speaking to BBC Breakfast, Mr Hancock said: “I think the victim is pathetic, I think what he is doing is ridiculous

“Chris Whitty is one of our greatest living scientists, and his advice to the government throughout the process and his advice to all of us in the population have been incredibly shrewd and thoughtful, and he is a great addition to this nation.” >
