Richmond residents in multiple areas will be affected by power outages as BC Hydro breaks on Aug. March and 1 April has planned repairs and replacements
According to its website, BC Hydro is planning regular power outages in order to carry out work on equipment or power lines that require it to be de-energized
“By planning the outage and performing the necessary work, our crews can prevent a possible unplanned emergency outage in the future in which part of the system unexpectedly fails or malfunctions,” says the BC Hydro website
