Alberta is returning to Step 1 of COVID-19 restrictions and will stop eating indoors as cases of worrying COVID-19 variants increase across the province

Tuesday at midnight, the government will reduce retail capacity to 15 percent, close libraries, allow only one-to-one classes, and ban activities such as dancing and singing
