Djokovic reportedly sent a letter to Australian Open boss Craig Tiley with six demands he wanted to put into action for the Melbourne players

A Spanish tennis website reported that Djokovic’s “demands” included shorter isolation times, better food, and players moving to “private houses with tennis courts”

Kyrgios, ranked 47th in the world, went to Twitter Monday night to share his thoughts on the matter

Bernard Tomic’s girlfriend, Vanessa Sierra, also pulled some flak from Kyrgios after complaining that the food in her quarantine hotel room was cold and grumbling that she had to wash her hair

“I don’t wash my own hair I’ve never washed my own hair It’s just not something I do I usually have hairdressers who do this for me twice a week

“This is the situation we are facing I can’t wait to get out of quarantine just so I can do my hair”

Kyrgios, who berated tennis players for violating COVID-19 protocols since the pandemic began, wasn’t amused

Kyrgios repeatedly criticized Djokovic in 2020 for organizing the Adria Tour exhibition in the Balkans, during which several players, including the high-ranking Serb, contracted the virus

Djokovic, who chose to rent a private home instead of staying in a hotel during the 2020 US Open, is among the top players serving their mandatory quarantine in Adelaide before heading to the first Grand Slam of the Travel to Melbourne for the year
