Strictly Ranvir Singh added more fuel to the fire surrounding the romance rumors with Giovanni Pernice when she joked that someone “turned up the heat” during his cheeky tango

The 43-year-old GMB presenter and 30-year-old Italian dancer raised the cool November temperatures last night when they performed at the popular BBC One dance competition

So much so that the show’s viewers were convinced that the couple snogged at the end of their dance

The two of them impressed the judges so much with their Argentine tango that they earned 27 points and finished second with Maisie Smith and Gorka Marquez

Ranvir took to Instagram to celebrate her success with a snapshot of the couple that looked extremely close

She told her 604k followers: “Totally happy to have had the honor of ending today’s ‘Blackpool’ show with @ pernicegiovann1 and doing the first #argentinetango of @bbcstrictly 2020!

“By the way, did someone turn on the central heating in the studio or was it just me?”

One said, “What a partnership, what routine it would love to be in the finals”

Ranvir’s latest post comes after the single mother, who recently split from husband Ranjeet Singh Dehal, denied that something was going on between the two

Judge Shirley Ballas pointed out her “flirting” on the show and her British co-star Susanna Reid of Good Morning said she hoped the rumors were true

Ranvir recently told The Mirror about her partnership with the Italian: “Giovanni is so amazing I don’t have to be sensational

“It sizzles all by itself It doesn’t matter whether I’m in the room or not, it sizzles away. The dances are about being romantic and of course we have to convince them”

GMB’s political editor was married to her ex-husband Ranjeet for eight years and they share eight-year-old Tushaan

Ranvir announced their split shortly after appearing on the show, admitting that being hit by the severe curse would have been a “miracle”

She added, “If I were hit by the curse, it would be a bloody miracle Oh my god, that would be funny”
