By changing the perception of IT security roles, you can instantly target a wider pool of talent available. Companies that demonstrate that they value these skills equally will attract more women who would not normally consider careers in IT security would

Women in Identity have ambassadors in Australia and New Zealand who offer thought leadership, research and education on bias, diversity and inclusion and what they mean to the identity industry in our region

Redefining the way we talk about technology is of paramount importance Conversations need to focus more on the value you bring in solving collective goals and the social implications of a career path in technology To win the hearts and minds of value-based women, organizations need to define corporate strategies and frameworks that better balance purpose and profit

From my own experience, the knowledge with which I contribute to the fight against Internet crime in order to protect the most important thing for us humans, our identity, gives me a meaning
